WHICH PHOTOS WORK BEST?
The high-resolution photos work best. The higher resolution of the original photo, the better the final output. If you are unsure, message us a few options and we can help you pick the best photo.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF MY PORTRAIT?
All portrait sizes are listed on each of the individual product pages but if you need your portrait in any custom dimensions, please get in touch.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A CUSTOM DIGITAL PORTRAIT?
Your portrait will be produced and emailed within 1 or 2 days.
DO I GET A PREVIEW OF MY ARTWORK?
Your portrait will be digitally produced and sent for approval to your email address within 24 hours of purchase. You can make unlimited revisions and once you approve the artwork, a high-resolution printable digital file will be sent to your email.
CAN I PERSONALISE MY PORTRAIT?
Yes, you can leave your dogs name, dates, or personal message in the custom field box.
CAN MY PORTRAIT BE DONE WITHOUT A NAME?
Yes in the custom field, add n/a if no personalisation requests.
CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE DOG IN ONE PORTRAIT?
Each portrait purchased is per dog. However, for multiple dogs or special requests, please get in touch first.
HOW DO YOU RECEIVE YOUR PORTRAIT?
This depends on whether you purchase a digital or print option:
Digital File - You will receive a digital print-ready file in PNG, JPEG, PDF format with a 300 DPI resolution. This is a digitally created item and no physical product will be shipped.
Print File - You will receive an unframed A4 print on thick printing paper using professional ink printing for the best finish.
DO YOU ONLY SELL CUSTOM DOG PORTRAITS?
No, we also offer prints of a specific dog breed available in both downloadable PDF files and A4 prints. Once you purchase the product, the print is either sent to your email address ready for download or an unframed A4 print is sent 2nd class.
DO YOU CREATE PORTRAITS OF OTHER PETS, NOT JUST DOGS?
Yes, all pet portraits are welcome.
HOW CAN I PRINT MY PORTRAIT?
Simply print from your home printer, visit your local photo centre, or print online as many times as you like using online print services such as Boots, Photobox or Instaprint. Alternatively, purchase the A4 print option which includes free delivery.
HOW CAN I CREATE CUSTOM GIFTS WITH MY PORTRAIT?
When you purchase a digital file purchase you will be sent your portrait in PNG and JPEG format. Simply create custom gifts by uploading your portrait files to personalised gift services online such as Tesco, VistaPrint, or Photobox. Examples of available personalised gifts include cards, iPhone covers, coasters, puzzles, T-shirts, mug gifts, magnets, cushions, and much more.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of this digital product, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted. Please get in touch if you have any problems with your order. We will work on your portrait until you are 100% satisfied.
